TheSpotMind is a community growth and monetization consultancy operating from Miami, Florida, United States, with presence in the New York metropolitan area. We serve clients across the United States and Latin America.

Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit our contact form or book a call, we collect the name, email address, and any details you choose to include in your message. If you become a client, we collect the information needed to deliver the engagement — which may include access credentials or analytics for platforms you ask us to work on.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our hosting and analytics providers may record your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages viewed, and time of visit. This is aggregate traffic data; we do not use it to identify individual visitors.
We do not collect payment card details on this website, sensitive personal information, or information from anyone we know to be under 16.

How long we keep it
- Contact form submissions: 24 months from last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner
- Client records: for the duration of the engagement plus 7 years, as required for tax and accounting purposes
- Analytics data: as retained by our providers, in aggregate form
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you
- Request a copy of it
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do neither)
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights
United States. Residents of Florida (Florida Digital Bill of Rights), California (CCPA/CPRA), and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may exercise these rights by writing to team@thespotmind.com. We will respond within the timeframe your state law requires, generally 45 days.
Latin America. Residents of Brazil (LGPD), Mexico (LFPDPPP), Argentina, Colombia, Chile, and other jurisdictions with data protection laws may exercise equivalent rights by writing to the same address.
To make a request, email team@thespotmind.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We may need to verify your identity before acting.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
